Jamie Sinclair is a senior executive, management consultant, and ICF accredited executive coach with over 25 years of experience across financial services, aviation, property, government, technology, and non-profit sectors.
His career spans both sides of the leadership equation — as a CEO who tripled business turnover and scaled a team from 50 to 130+ people, and as a consultant who has delivered executive coaching and organisational change programmes for over a decade.
Jamie works with leaders and organisations across Australia and globally, bringing commercial acumen and evidence-based practice to every engagement. His approach combines rigorous diagnostic tools with practical, human-centred coaching to create outcomes that are measurable and sustainable.
He holds a Harvard Business School leadership qualification, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), and serves as an active Non-Executive Director. He is certified across the full Hogan Personality Suite and 360 assessment tools.
